Our packages and prices

Forma 10 offers a comprehensive range of personalised training plans and packages to suit all lifestyle requirements.

At your first consultation we will establish your goals and time frames then devise a program of training strategies to accomplish these. Such programs will combine training with weights and cardio sessions to maximise results but the frequency and intensity of each will depend on the set goal to achieve.

Therefore an initial assessment of your base fitness and health will include:

  • Physical base line measurements of BP, Pulse and Weight
  • Motivational screening questionnaire
  • Basic medical history review. (Possible cautions and contraindications)
  • Advise on personal nutrition and training
  • 30 Minute training session.

Training is available in the Forma10 gym or in your own home and the training planner will be scheduled around your work and family commitments.

Packages available in 2,4,8 & 12 week programs to suit all fitness targets and lifestyles.

Individual sessions start from £25

Joint sessions start from £30

Package prices for multiple training sessions per week start from £45

Bulk payment Discounts up to 25%.

Cancellation agreement of minimum of 24 hour notice to avoid session fee.
