I have been training with Jon for 5 years now. I have always done some form of exercise: running, swimming, and exercise classes. Horse riding had also kept me fit but I had never  tried weight training. Five years on my body fat is the lowest its ever been and my shape has never been as toned and defined. I feel strong and healthy and am now more aware of how important nutrition is to effective training and a healthy body. Jon has helped me prepare for 5 Triathlons and recover after a knee injury and surgery. Training with Jon is great fun,  and you get a full workout for the body and mind!

I started training with Jon five years ago after being introduced to him socially by my best friend. I was 2 stone over weight after injuring my foot and had lost the motivation to get fit. Jon suggested I try a training session with him and after day one I was hooked. Jon was inspirational! He taught about nutrition as well as excercise, he motivated and pushed me to get the best out of each session and also to consider other types of excercise. I bought a bike and have been regularly cycling to work too. A year ago I got married and Jon was on a mission to ensure I was in perfect shape for the big day, and I was! Two stone lighter, low body fat and a toned and healthy body.

I have worked with Jon for over 2 years, and he is an excellent personal trainer. Enthusiastic and very knowledgeable, Jon has given help, advice and encouragement which have delivered a significant and visible improvement in both my fitness and general health. Jon's training programmes are tailored to individual needs. This worked exceptionally well for me following major shoulder surgery, complimenting a physiotherapy programme resulting in a speedy and very successful recovery. Wanting to lose some weight but mainly tone-up, I tried various fitness classes over a period of time with little effect.

Jonathan was recommended to me and I have been training with him for the past 3 years. He gives advice and monitors my diet during each weekly session but most importantly provides the motivation that I need. Unlike some other fitness classes, Jonathan plans my own personal fitness regime in the private gym each week according to what I set out to achieve. Because the exercises vary from week to week I never tire of the routines. It's hard work but good fun.

Over a relatively short period of time I lost 2 stone but am most pleased about how my body shape has changed and the improvement in my muscle tone.

Having met Jon a couple of years ago and thoroughly enjoyed the training, it became clear that a total body overhaul was in order. It was Jons suggestion to step up the regime and incorporate one of his personalised diet and training plans into my lifestyle. As a busy mum, working full time who loves a social life and downtime, it has been Jons commitment to my programme that has without doubt kept me on track, and whilst I am still a work in progress, my dress sizes are down considerably and my confidence is up.
