Integrated Coaching
What it is
Integrated Coaching takes a biopsychosocial approach. It looks at your body, your mind, your work and your relationships together, because strain in one area spills into the others. Guided by the Regulation Capacity Model, we find where life is asking more than you have capacity for, and target the work there.
Four areas, one plan
• Physical – sleep, energy, strength, movement and nutrition: the foundation your capacity rests on.
• Mental – thoughts, emotions, stress and the patterns that keep you stuck, using ACT.
• Work – pressure, performance, decision-making and burnout.
• Relationships – partner, family, friends and colleagues: the connections that support you or drain you.
Targeted, not generic
It starts with a Regulation Capacity Assessment that shows where demand exceeds capacity. We begin where it matters most for you, the gym, the consulting room, your work or your relationships – and shift focus as things change. One plan, one coach, in person or online.
Executive Coaching
Integrated Coaching for leaders, business owners and entrepreneurs.
High drive, low regulation
Many leaders get where they are on drive: ambition, pace and the ability to push through. But drive without regulation runs on borrowed capacity. It works until it doesn’t, and then it shows up as reactive decisions, short fuses, broken sleep and habits that start to slip.
Coaching keeps the drive and builds the regulation to match it, so your performance is sustainable rather than something you pay for later.
Most executive coaching only works on mindset. We use the same four areas with your role at the centre: how you sleep and train, how you handle pressure, how you lead and decide, and how work sits alongside home.
One-to-one, in person or online.
