Integrated Coaching

integrated coaching.....
one framework for lasting change

At Forma10, we do not treat psychological coaching and physical training as two seperate services running side by side.

We build them as one connected plan, using our Regulation/Capacity Model to guide where the work actually needs to happen-the gym, consulting room, usually both.

Training alone can help build capacity but miss the patterns driving inconsistency. Coaching alone can build insight and psychological flexibility but miss the physical foundation that insight depends on.

Integrated coaching closes both gaps at once.

what integrated coaching is

Integrated coaching is a single ongoing programme that combines one-to-one physical training with ACT-based psychological coaching delivered by Jon under one plan rather than as two seperate bookings. It starts with a Regulation/Capacity Assessment that identifies where your demand is currently outweighing your capacity, and whether the priority right now is physical (energy, strength, nervous system resilience) or psychological (thought patterns, emotional regulation, behaviour change)-usually both, in different proportions at different times.

Sessions move between structured training and psychological coaching as needed, rather than running on a fixed split. The plan adjusts as you do: what starts training-led in month one might become psychologically-led by month two, once physical capacity is  established and the pattern work becomes the priority.

Who is this for ?

Integrated Coaching works well for anyone who’s tried addressing only one side of the equation, (the personal training that only worked when the PT stood over you or the therapy that provided insight but did’nt change the internal feeling) and found it was’nt enough – as well as anyone looking for support that treats mind and body as one system from the outset.

It particularly suits people managing:

Neurodivergence (including ADHD, ASD,AUDHD), where standard approaches to motivation and consistency don’t fit

Anxiety, low mood, anger, or ongoing stress that affects energy, focus, and consistency

Grief and major life transitions, where the ground has shifted and old routines no longer hold

Low self trust, self worth and emotional dysregulation

Broader mental health support alongside physical training, where the two need to be worked on together rather than seperately

Disclaimer: This is not a replacement for clinical treatment, and where thats needed, we will say so directly.
