A.C.T in Practice

At Forma10 we aim to facilitate self awareness and understanding of how the way we think impacts our life experience. 

We use Acceptance and Commitment therapy (A.C.T) to deal with troublesome thoughts, feelings, symptoms and behaviours, and  move towards healthy, constructive actions that uphold your life values.

We can help improve cognitive function, intrinsic motivation, self control and symptom management to help maximise quality of life.

Our process focuses on assessing needs, values, identifying problem behaviours, developing and implementing strategies to address these behaviours and evaluating progress.

At Forma10 we can also liase with other healthcare providers as required.
