Recreational Therapy
Recreational therapy utilises leisure activities as an adjunct to psychological interventions to address psychological and physical health and well-being.
ACT Coaching
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy increases psychological flexibility. The ability to think flexibly can improve the way we view ourselves and our relationship with the outside world.

Everyone experiences stress, but the way we feel it differs from person to person. We promote self-awareness as a means to help clients identify their personal stressors then ways to manage them.
